Contract: Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

What We Need From You
This role requires a Cheerful, Caring, Positive, Dependable and Compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager Nurse who really enjoys working with elderly residents to provide a range of services such as supporting the Unit Manager in leading the care team and delivering high quality resident care. Build strong relationships with residents, ensuring safety, dignity, privacy, and respect at all times. Promote independence and personal choice while upholding the Nursing Home's mission and values. Champion an inclusive environment that honours each resident's background and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to plan and provide exceptional, person centred care.
Experience: Ideal Clinical Nurse Manager will have experience of working at a Senior Staff Nurse / CNM level
Qualification: Nursing Qualification
Registered with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
Post Graduate Diploma in Gerontology and Management qualification desirable
Gerontology experience, have an in-depth knowledge of the ageing process.
Will pass Garda Clearance.
Have Suitable Character References.
Have Fluent English.
