Purpose of the Role
To oversee the day-to-day operation of the collections area, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, stock is maintained, and customers receive a professional and efficient service. The role supports the smooth running of warehouse activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out rolling stock checks and maintain stock accuracy.
- Process customer orders using the company system and PodFather.
- Pick, cut and prepare customer orders for collection.
- Deal with customer enquiries by phone, email and in person.
- Assist customers collecting orders and resolve routine queries.
- Assist with Goods In when required.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Follow all company Health & Safety procedures.
Skills & Experience
- Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Computer literate with the ability to use warehouse systems.
- Organised, accurate and able to prioritise workload.
- A proactive approach with good attention to detail.

Pay: €15.54 per hour
