With one of the county’s largest and most diverse property portfolios, we specialise in residential sales, an extensive range of new homes, commercial property, and development opportunities.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and professional Estate Agent / Property Valuer to join our experienced team.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious property professional to work with a market-leading firm, handling a broad range of residential and commercial properties while developing strong relationships with vendors, purchasers, developers, and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct residential and commercial property valuations.
- Generate new business through valuations and property instructions.
- Manage the sale of residential, commercial, and development properties from instruction through to completion.
- Market properties using both traditional and digital platforms.
- Accompany prospective purchasers on property viewings.
- Negotiate offers and progress sales effectively.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, solicitors, financial institutions, and other property professionals.
- Advise clients on current market conditions, pricing strategies, and property presentation.
- Contribute to the continued growth of the firm’s extensive new homes department.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in estate agency, property sales, or property valuation.
- Strong knowledge of the Wexford property market is desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a successful team.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
- Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.
