The successful candidate will be part of the finance team. The role entails supporting the finance department with administration and accounts tasks. Previous experience in a finance administration role is preferable.
Duties to include but not limited to
- Registering Purchase Invoices/Credit Note
- Reconciliations of supplier accounts
- Posting Sale Invoices/Credit Note
- Help with month end procedures
- General analysis work
- General administration tasks
Skills Required:
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Team player with can do attitude
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic is important
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with MS Excel is essential.
In-house training is provided for the successful candidate.
