We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our growing team in Longford.
Responsibilities
Oversee all day-to-day site activities and operations
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
Organise and lead site meetings
Maintain quality assurance and ensure compliance with project specifications
Manage site logistics, scheduling, and construction programmes
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to achieve project objectives
Requirements
Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager, Site Manager, Foreman, or Construction Supervisor
Experience working with a main contractor is highly desirable
Strong understanding of Irish Building Regulations, BCAR, and construction industry standards
Proven experience delivering residential and/or commercial construction projects
Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills
Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
Good computer skills; experience with Procore or similar construction management software is an advantage
Full clean driving licence
Pay: €27,000.00-€64,541.15 per year
