To assist the maintenance team in specific areas outlined below with particular emphasis on all, process improvements, health & safety, quality control and optimisation.
· Maintenance and repair of all plant and equipment on site.
· Learn the operation and requirements of all plant to be able to understand and resolve production issues.
· Assist in the setup and operation of preventative maintenance program for all machines.
· Work with Electro-Pneumatic & Hydraulic Systems.
· Fabricate, assemble, and fit metal components using appropriate techniques and equipment.
· Weld components using different welding techniques.
· Work with automated control system.
· Work on heavy-duty, industry specific, mechanical equipment.
· Maintain and (where possible) improve mechanical services through-out the site.
· Record job requests and job completion.
· Comply with good maintenance practices and safety standards.
· Be self-motivated, with the ability to work on your own initiative.
· Work with the existing Maintenance Team.
· Demonstrate good communication skills
This role involves shift work with a starting salary of €18.50 per hour plus 20% Shift Allowance based on a 39 hour week.
