The Role:
As a Digital Transformation Specialist Executive, you’ll play a hands-on role in improving and automating our internal systems, as well as supporting other departments in adopting digital tools and AI-driven processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of CRM systems (e.g., CIN7, Zoho, Simpro, etc.).
- Maintenance & Adaptation of MS Power BI Reports
- Support different departments in automating workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, etc
- Help identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose practical software solutions.
- Assist in training team members on new tools and digital processes.
- Document best practices, create user guides, and assist with internal support requests.
- Collaborate on the evaluation and onboarding of new SaaS tools for productivity and collaboration.
What We’re Looking For
- Recent Graduate in IT, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong interest in technology, automation, and process improvement.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and productivity tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with a curious mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, or other generative AI tools is a bonus, but not required.
