Millbrook Foods and Millbrook Edible Oils are seeking an experienced Group quality and compliance manager to lead quality, food safety and compliance standards across the group.
This is a senior, hands-on role working closely with operations, purchasing, sales and senior management.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the group quality management system, HACCP and food safety programmes.
Maintain compliance with food safety legislation, customer and internal standards.
Manage audits, corrective actions, traceability, recalls and customer complaints.
Oversee supplier approval, specifications and technical documentation.
Lead BRCGS and customer audit preparation across all sites.
Co-ordinate health and safety actions with external advisors.
Promote a strong food safety, quality and safety culture across the business.
Requirements:
Food science, Food technology, or related qualification.
3+ years experience in food quality, technical, compliance or food safety.
Strong HACCP, food safety and audit knowledge.
Experience with audits, complaints and corrective actions.
Organised, practical and confident working across departments.
Health and safety experience desirable but not essential.
