Boyne Valley Hotel & Country Club is searching for a high-energy and experienced bartender. You will greet customers, take orders and recommend drinks. We need a Bartender that has the ability to fulfill drink orders, while maintaining a clean workspace and ensure our customers satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers, provide recommendations and take drink orders
- Checking identification cards to ensure that customers are of legal age to consume alcohol
- Prepare customers drinks
- Adhere to food safety and quality regulations
- Handle cash and card transactions
- Maintain a clean workspace and dining area
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer
Preferred Qualifications:
- Legal age to serve alcohol
- Education, training or prior bartending experience
- Open availability
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to stand, walk and lift heavy items for extended periods of time
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From €15.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Drogheda, County Louth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
