We are seeking to grow our Procurement Market share in areas such as PPE, Water and Coastal Equipment and Civil Procurement.
Job Description:
We are looking for an organized and dedicated Salesperson / Procurement Administration Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be doing sales of outdoor gear and be responsible for managing Procurement related office correspondence, upkeep of our procurement site Kitlist.ie and liaising with the retail staff ensuring our procurement process run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
● Sales of Camping / Hiking equipment to customers
● Manage sales of Tactical Gear with Law Enforcement & Defence force partners
● Procurement Office management and correspondence
● Manage and maintain our procurement site Kitlist.ie, including overseeing pricing and product correction, website management, SEO and marketing
● Handle under threshold tendering and simplified quotes, ensuring Basecamp is registered for all appropriate tendering opportunities
● Assist with Managing large tenders including identifying opportunities, writing up tenders, ensuring supporting documentation is correct.
● Assist with handling pricing, quoting, and ordering including agreeing pricing and tendering documents, managing product in and out, ensuring payment
Qualifications:
● Excellent organizational and time management skills
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Proficiency in MS Office
● Full drivers licence preferred
Skills Required:
● Experience in Hiking / Climbing / Camping
● Knowledge or interest in Tactical gear
● Strong organisational skills
● Ability to deal with deadlines
● Basic computer literacy and catalogue creation skills
● Commercial mindedness

Our store is located on Jervis Street in the heart of Dublin City. With great public transport routes, only a minutes' walk from the Jervis Shopping Centre Luas stop.
