What you will be responsible for
As a CDC Integrations VP you will:
Role Description VP for CDC Integrations
The candidate will play a critical leadership role in driving and overseeing the Integration of Cyber Security Initiatives with primary responsibility to support the Cyber Defense Center. This individual will lead a team with responsibilities across multiple diverse functions and will ensure the successful delivery of cross functional initiatives that include Integrational and Regulatory & Audit requirements. The role demands a blend of strategic vision, technical expertise and leadership skills to foster collaboration, manage competing priorities and deliver results that align with Global Cyber Security's goals.
Leadership

Lead and manage the end to end integration of Cybersecurity Solutions and technologies within the SOC
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align integrations with operational requirements

Ensure the successful onboarding of new systems, tools and processes in to the SOC environment

Manage, mentor and inspire a multi-disciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability

Define roles, responsibilities and performance expectations for team members

Provide regular feedback for professional growth
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Act as the Primary liaison between the SOC and other departments and ensure alignment across teams

Partner with stakeholders to ensure effective integration of solutions and services

Work closely with project managers to coordinate schedules, resources and deliverables for integrations
Innovation and Continuous Improvement

Stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity trends, technologies and integration methodologies

Drive innovation in integration processes to enhance efficiencies and effectiveness

Evaluate and optimize existing integrations to ensure they meet current and future requirements

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cyber Security or a related field

5+ years of experience

Strong Knowledge of Cyber Security Frameworks, Technologies and best practices.

Proficiency in Project Management tools
