Supervising and coordinating on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and
specifications
Overseeing the day-to-day operation activities on the site
Interface on site with OEM Suppliers
Responsible for maintaining site documentation
Interface on site with all subcontractors relating to each Project
Ensure each project follows strict health and safety guidelines including H+S document control and
comply with all regulations
Manage weekly time sheets of all site men and maintain close correspondence with payroll dept
Collaborate with Project Managers to deliver installations on time and within budget
Responsible for the management of plant and equipment on site
Attending company & client meetings, sharing regular progress reports with the client and Internal
management.
