As a Bath Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a relaxing, safe and memorable experience. You will be responsible for preparing seaweed baths, maintaining the cleanliness of the facilities, assisting guests and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene are maintained throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare seaweed baths to company standards.
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Explain bath procedures and answer guest questions.
- Clean, sanitise and maintain baths, changing rooms and treatment areas.
- Replenish towels, robes and guest amenities.
- Monitor water quality and temperatures in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation throughout the facility.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
- Report maintenance issues or equipment faults promptly.
- Support colleagues to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience at all times.
