The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our team. This is a senior role, ideal for someone with 5–10 years of industry experience who can confidently manage client relationships, oversee campaigns from brief to delivery, and work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional execution.
You will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop client relationships, acting as the main point of contact
- Oversee event, brand activation, and promotional campaigns from planning through to delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams including events, staffing, production, and digital
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple projects
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and live events as required
- Ensure campaigns meet client objectives and deliver measurable results
- Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and senior management
Requirements
- 5–10 years’ experience in events, brand activation, experiential marketing, or a related industry
- Proven experience managing accounts and client relationships
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
- Own vehicle is essential (travel to clients, sites, and events required)
- Full clean driving licence
