Key Responsibilities:
Working with the team in delivery excellent guest care, ensuring that they are actively on the floor anticipating the business and managing accordingly, the successful candidate will be required to:

Lead daily operations of Tonic Health & Leisure Centre, ensuring the team maintains high standards across all facilities.

Maintain all leisure areas including pool plant, sauna, steam room, gym equipment and general cleanliness.

Deliver warm, professional service to all guests and members, handling concerns efficiently and upholding service standards throughout the property.

Support programme development by preparing varied class timetables, staying on trend and adapting offerings with the team.

To be familiar with Castleknock Hotel product offering

Manage rosters and labour costs, assisting in achieving budgetary and revenue targets.

Drive membership sales and support promotional and marketing activities to maximise revenue.
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar leisure, fitness or hospitality management role.

IWS/ILAM Pool Lifeguard qualification or equivalent.

Assistant Swim Teacher qualification advantageous.
-
National Swimming & Spa Pool Certificate (NSSPC) desirable.

NCEHS/NCEF Fitness Instructor qualification or equivalent desirable.

Strong interpersonal skills with excellent guest care and service standards.

Proven ability to drive standards in a busy environment with superb attention to detail.

Experience meeting revenue and cost targets.

Previous membership sales experience essential;

Fully Flexible for shifts up to and including evenings and weekends

Qualified First Aider.

High level of computer literacy.
