Cooling Towers Ireland (CT&I), part of the SPX group, is looking for a driven and organised Service Coordinator to join our team in Trim.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys planning, problem-solving and keeping operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with engineers, site teams, suppliers and customers, coordinating service work across multiple projects while playing a key role in the day-to-day success of the business.

What you'll be doing
- Planning and scheduling service and maintenance work across multiple sites.
- Managing schedules through Outlook and the company's WorkApp.
- Coordinating with site teams, customers and suppliers by email and phone.
- Ensuring labour, equipment and resources are allocated effectively.
- Supporting job tracking, service reporting and general administration.
- Managing health & safety documentation and site compliance requirements.
- Arranging equipment hire, deliveries and site logistics.
- Helping resolve day-to-day operational issues quickly and efficiently.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who can work at pace, stay organised and use their own initiative.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in service coordination, operations, administration or a similar role.
- Strong skills in Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach.
- Confidence dealing with customers, engineers and site teams.
- A willingness to visit site and provide cover if needed (for example, during absences).
- A full driving licence would be advantageous.
- Experience in construction, mechanical services, manufacturing or industrial environments would be beneficial.
