Role Description
We are hiring for one of our clients. The Senior Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dublin, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client's portfolio. This role includes identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and leading end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing. The Senior Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with recruitment and consulting teams to design tailored solutions, prepare proposals, and ensure high-quality delivery that meets client expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve market research, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting, as well as representing the company at meetings, networking events, and industry functions. The role requires strategic thinking, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to work both independently and with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within consulting, professional services, or recruitment.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation, with a track record of closing complex deals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience working in the food industry.

Pay: €33,000.00-€55,743.76 per year
