About Us
We're a growing healthcare practice built around delivering exceptional patient care in our local community. We take pride in the environment we've created, it's professional, warm, and focused on real results for the people we serve. We're a small, close-knit team and every member of it matters.
The Role
This isn't a typical receptionist position. Yes, you'll be the first voice patients hear and the first face they see, but you'll also play an active role in patient care. After training, you'll assist with postural assessments, record patient measurements, demonstrate exercises, and support our clinical team in delivering a high standard of care. With this in mind we need someone who is confident and comfortable being hands on with patients.
Your day will include managing appointments, handling patient queries, processing payments, and keeping our practice running smoothly and efficiently. This involves working across a bespoke practice management system and a small suite of other computer applications. Full training will be provided.
Shifts run Monday to Thursday, with a morning shift of 8am–2pm and an afternoon shift of 1:45pm–7:45pm. You'll work three shifts per week, with the mix of mornings and afternoons agreed flexibly. You will also need to be available to cover holidays and sick leave.
This is a long-term role with structure and flexibility. One that genuinely fits around your life outside of work.
Who We're Looking For
Details matter to you, you take pride in your work, the impression you make, and the energy you bring. Fun, warm, and genuinely people-centred, you're the kind of person who makes a room feel better, who celebrates when patients make progress, and who makes the team and patients feel better for having you there. You appreciate the value of what we do and are invested in the people we serve.
Experience in a customer-facing role is required, where presentation and professionalism were essential - think front of house, hospitality, or a client-facing wellness environment. You must be able to multi task and be organised.
A genuine interest in health and wellbeing is important to us.
You need to be comfortable with technology, quick to learn new systems, and confident upholding practice policies clearly and calmly.
You'll thrive here if you:
· Have a strong eye for detail and high personal standards
· Are fun, warm, genuinely people-centred and love working in a team

· Have a genuine interest in health and patient wellbeing
· Want a role that is meaningful, enjoyable, and fits around your life outside of work
