Our Nature Kindergarten in Bray, Co. Wicklow provides children with the opportunity to learn, explore and grow through meaningful outdoor experiences every day.
We are looking for passionate, energetic and creative Early Years Educators who share our commitment to child-led, play-based learning and enjoy spending time outdoors.
If you're passionate about early childhood education and believe that muddy boots, fresh air and nature are the perfect ingredients for learning, we'd love to hear from you!
This is a fulltime position (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Nature Kindergarten Educator, you will:

Create engaging outdoor learning experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence and resilience.

Support children's development through nature-based, play-led activities.
-
Foster a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
-
Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
-
Plan and implement activities in line with Aistear and Síolta.

Ensure the highest standards of health, safety and child safeguarding are maintained at all times.
Required Qualifications:
- All applicants must have minimum QQI / FETAC Level 5 in Childcare. All other qualifications must be recognised by the DCDE.

All applicants must be eligible to work full time in Ireland.

Additional experience and qualifications are highly desirable.

Garda Vetting (and international police clearance if having lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months) will also be required.
