JM Install and Maintain Limited is a growing installation and maintenance company based in Ballybay, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan. We specialise in the installation and ongoing maintenance of behind-the-counter wall mounted display units and machines across retail outlets throughout the Republic of Ireland.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a reliable and motivated Assistant Technician to join our team. This is an entry-level role, suited to someone practical, dependable, and comfortable with early starts
Working Hours
· 4- 5 days per week: Sometimes 4 days but with 40 hours work
· Finish times vary depending on job location and workload
Key Responsibilities
· Assisting senior technicians with installation, servicing, and maintenance work
· Supporting day-to-day site activities and ensuring work is completed efficiently
· Handling tools, equipment, and materials safely
· Carrying out basic fault finding and repairs under supervision
· Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
· Providing a professional and courteous service to customers
Requirements
· Willingness to learn and follow instructions
· Basic technical or mechanical knowledge
· Good attention to detail and a practical mindset
· Ability to work well as part of a team
· Full driving licence essential
· Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
