Part-Time Client Support Administrator (24 hours per week)
Location: Agritxt Office, just outside Doneraile, Co. Cork
Can you chat to anyone? Are you as comfortable talking about calving, slurry and Bord Bia as you are about weekend plans? Then you might be just who we’re looking for!
We’re on the lookout for a friendly, organised and confident person to join the Agritxt team. Around here, no two days are the same, there’s always plenty of laughs, plenty of farmers to chat with, and everyone chips in to get the job done.
Your main role will be contacting our clients before their Bord Bia audits. Don’t worry—you’re not selling anything! You’ll be working through a list of questions, gathering the information we need and helping make the audit process as straightforward as possible for our clients.
You’ll also:
* Answer incoming calls from our clients.
* Help with day-to-day office administration.
* Keep things organised and running smoothly.
* Be part of a friendly, supportive team where everyone helps each other out.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
* Have a farming or agricultural background.
* Enjoy talking to people and can put anyone at ease.
* Are confident on the phone.
* Are organised and happy juggling a variety of tasks.
* Have basic computer skills and are keen to learn.
* Enjoy working as part of a small team and like a bit of craic along the way.
