We are a small but professional bakery based in Limerick, we make everything from scratch using local ingredients wherever possible. We have a good setup and invest in both our staff and quality equipment.
We are looking for a baker to run our deck oven, make baguettes, and decorate various pastries.
The role requires physical strength and fitness.
Experience in pastry or bread production is preferred, training will be provided and a motivated individual shouldn't have any issues.
The role is early morning work (4:00-14:00), 4 days per week and around 40 hours. Same schedule and hours every week, Thursday-Sunday. A fifth day of work is available.
We are looking for someone with enthusiasm and the ability to work with a sense urgency. Fluent English is essential.
We are happy to include guaranteed yearly pay raises in the contract.
Responsibilities of the Baker Job:
- Baking sourdough in our deck oven.
- Baguette production.
- Pastry decorating
- Eclair production, various other pastry production.
- Prep work.
- Keeping the production space clean and tidy.
- Leaving the workspace clean for the day shift.
We are unable to offer visa sponsorship, EU workers welcome and we are happy to assist with relocation.
