Assistant Hospitality Manager

What you'll do:

Deliver exceptional hospitality services by ensuring all meetings, events, and dining experiences are provided to the highest standards.

Build strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to increase hospitality sales and revenue.

Support operational management through order processing, departmental administration, SOP implementation, and collaboration with internal teams.

Manage financial and stock controls, including weekly stock takes, wastage monitoring, reporting, and maintaining profit margins.

Lead and develop the hospitality team through daily briefings, training, performance management, and maintaining up-to-date training records.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations, including equipment safety checks, food safety monitoring, and incident reporting.

Deputise for the Hospitality Manager when required, taking full ownership of the department, leading by example, and supporting the wider management team in achieving business objectives.
What you'll bring:
-
Proven experience managing large-volume hospitality operations, ideally in a corporate or hotel environment.

Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on exceptional service delivery.

2 years experience in leading, motivating, and developing a dynamic hospitality/Dining team in corporate or hotel environment

Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.

The ability to demonstrate innovative, creative ideas and have a genuine interest in all aspects of the catering & hospitality business.

Confident managing financial budgets and meeting operational targets. Responsible for correctly monitoring and controlling all processes to deliver margins in line with company targets, including stock levels and wastage.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Strong computer skills- must be proficient in Microsoft Office

Role requires flexibility for shifts between the hours of 7am and 20,00, Monday to Friday. (39 hours per week)

The ability to demonstrate innovative, creative ideas and have a genuine interest in all aspects of the catering & hospitality business.

Full Irish Drivers Licence with 2 years experience required.
