About the Role
We’re looking for a Content & Marketing Executive to join our team and help tell the story of our agency, our work and our people.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys writing, creating content and finding interesting ways to communicate ideas across digital channels.
You’ll take responsibility for our day-to-day content and social activity, while working with the wider team to develop case studies, articles, campaigns and marketing materials that showcase our work and expertise.
The role would suit someone early in their marketing career who is a strong writer, digitally savvy, curious and keen to develop within a busy creative and digital agency environment.
What You'll Do
Content & Copywriting
- Write and publish content for our website, including articles, insights, news and case studies.
- Develop strong case studies that demonstrate the impact of our work.
- Write and edit copy for marketing campaigns, landing pages, presentations and other agency materials.
- Interview colleagues and subject matter experts and turn their knowledge into engaging content.
- Help maintain a consistent tone of voice across our communications.
Social Media
- Manage our day-to-day organic social media presence, particularly LinkedIn.
- Develop and maintain a regular social content calendar.
- Create posts promoting our work, people, thinking, events and company news.
- Identify opportunities for members of the team to contribute to social and thought-leadership content.
- Monitor performance and use the data to improve what we publish.
Marketing
- Support the planning and delivery of the agency's wider marketing activity.
- Help develop campaigns around our services, expertise and key sectors.
- Work with our design team to create marketing assets and campaigns.
- Support awards submissions, events, PR opportunities and agency announcements.
- Help ensure the website remains current and effectively represents our capabilities and work.
Sales & Business Development Support
- Create content and collateral that supports new business activity.
- Help turn projects, client results and agency expertise into compelling sales stories.
- Support the development of sector-specific content and campaigns.
- Work with the wider team to identify content opportunities that can generate awareness, engagement and leads.
What We're Looking For
- Approximately 1–3 years' experience in content, marketing, communications or a related role.
- Excellent written English and a genuine interest in writing.
- Strong understanding of social media, particularly LinkedIn.
- Comfortable managing and publishing website content.
- An eye for what makes an interesting story and the ability to turn complex subjects into clear, engaging content.
- Highly organised and comfortable managing a regular content schedule.
- Curious about digital, design, technology and marketing.
- Comfortable working with people across different disciplines and levels of seniority.
- Proactive – someone who will spot opportunities rather than always waiting for a brief.
Experience within an agency, professional services or B2B environment would be useful but isn't essential.
What Success Looks Like
You'll help us become more consistent and effective in how we market ourselves, ensuring that our best work, ideas and expertise don't stay hidden inside the agency.
Success will mean a stronger flow of quality content, a more active and engaging social presence, better case studies and marketing materials, and ultimately marketing activity that contributes to the growth of the business.
