Job Description

The Insights Program Manager sits at the intersection of LinkedIn product expertise, proprietary datasets, and go-to-market strategy. This role combines programme management, analytical problem-solving, and stakeholder leadership to deliver insights and recommendations that help drive customer value, business impact, and scalable solutions across the Talent Solutions organisation.
As an Insights Program Manager, you will lead high-impact initiatives, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to transform LinkedIn data into actionable insights, scalable programmes, and measurable business outcomes. You will help identify opportunities, influence business decisions, and drive adoption through data-driven recommendations and strong programme execution.
Responsibilities
Data-Driven Insights Development
Leverage LinkedIn's proprietary datasets to design and deliver impactful, scalable insights that support product, customer success, and go-to-market priorities.
Write and optimise SQL queries to extract, analyse, and interpret data.
Partner with technical and analytics teams to build scalable reporting and insight solutions.
Translate complex data into actionable recommendations that drive customer and business outcomes.
Programme Management & Strategic Execution
Define and execute programme roadmaps aligned to business priorities, ensuring clear success metrics, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
Identify gaps in existing tools, programmes, and go-to-market motions, prioritise opportunities, and drive alignment on strategic initiatives across stakeholder groups.
Lead end-to-end delivery of programmes, ensuring priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies are effectively managed.
Translate performance data into actionable recommendations on where to scale, optimise, refine, or retire initiatives.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Stakeholder Management
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Analytics teams to solve business challenges through insights and scalable programmes.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on programme strategy and business priorities.
Drive alignment across multiple teams and influence decision-making without direct authority.
Ensure insights, recommendations, and programmes are aligned to customer needs and business objectives.
Visualisation & Business Storytelling
Develop compelling reporting, and narratives.
Present findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Create executive-ready insights that clearly articulate opportunities, risks, and business impact.
Data Quality & Operational Excellence
Implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reporting and insights.
Document best practices, methodologies, and scalable approaches to insight generation and programme execution.
Help establish repeatable processes that improve efficiency, adoption, and business impact across teams.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in programme management, consulting, strategy, business operations, analytics, or related fields.
3+ years of experience using SQL to analyse large datasets and generate insights.
3+ years of experience creating data visualisations and translating data into actionable business recommendations.
3 + years experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Experience working in Customer Success, Sales Strategy, Operations, Consulting, Analytics, or Go-to-Market organisations.
Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders and serving as a trusted advisor.
Experience with Python, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
Exccellent problem-solving skills and business acumen.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
