We are looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman to join our construction team on projects across Galway and the West of Ireland.
Responsibilities
Supervise all finishing works to ensure projects are completed to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities.
Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications.
Carry out quality inspections and identify any defects requiring rectification.
Monitor project progress and provide updates to the Site Manager or Project Manager.
Ensure materials and labour are available to meet programme requirements.
Maintain accurate site records, reports, and completion documentation.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.
Review drawings and specifications to ensure works are completed correctly.
Support the site management team in delivering projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
3+ years' experience in a Finishing Supervisor, Finishing Foreman, or similar site supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of finishing trades and construction processes.
Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation within the construction industry.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple work activities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with construction management software is desirable.
Full clean driving licence.
Pay: €15.91-€28.58 per hour
