Your main responsibilities include:

Processing and maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable administration

Managing order administration and supporting project-related financial processes

Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and bank transactions

Monitoring outstanding invoices and supporting debtor management activities

Assisting with month-end closing activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting

Supporting process improvements to increase administrative efficiency and data quality
