What We’re Looking For
- Level 7 or higher third-level qualification in administration, business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a busy administrative or business support role, managing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong IT competence, including confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and digital trackers/records.
- Experience using database systems on a daily basis.
- Someone who has the ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team
- Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear written updates and maintain accurate records.
What We Offer
- Salary of €33,000, aligned with public sector pay scales to ensure fairness and consistency.
- Generous annual leave (25 days, rising to 30 days), supporting work–life balance and wellbeing.
- Comprehensive paid leave supports, including a structured sick pay scheme and paid family leave, recognising that life happens and support matters.
- Private Pension Scheme from day one of employment, helping you build long‑term financial security.
- Private health insurance, after one year of continuous service — offering you peace of mind if you should ever need it.
