As part of our continued growth, we're building a new headquarters and are looking for an engineer for a 12-month contract to coordinate its delivery.
Role Summary:
Ashgrove Renewables is seeking a Project Engineer to coordinate the delivery of our new headquarters development in Mallow. This is a hands-on role managing the project from detailed design through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
The successful candidate will work closely with the design team, contractors etc. to coordinate all aspects of the build.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of the HQ development project.

Produce and update CAD drawings and construction details.

Develop and manage the project programme and monitor progress.

Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers.

Obtain quotations and procure materials and subcontractors.

Manage contractor schedules and site activities.

Attend site meetings and record actions.

Degree or qualification in Civil, Mechanical, Building Services or Construction Engineering - or similar.

Experience coordinating construction or building services projects.

Proficient in AutoCAD (essential).

Good understanding of construction drawings and technical detailing.

Strong organisational and planning skills.

Ability to coordinate multiple contractors and workstreams.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Full driving licence.

Fluent verbal and written English.
