Due to continued growth, we are looking for an organised, customer-focused Customer Service & Invoicing Administrator to join our Dublin team.
This is a varied role combining front-of-house support and invoicing administration. The role will be primarily based at our Fairview branch, with occasional front-of-house cover at our neighbouring Dublin branches (Finglas and Coolock) during annual leave. When not providing branch cover, you'll support our Invoicing team, helping to ensure repair invoices are accurate, complete and processed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and deliver excellent customer service.
- Answer telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide front-of-house cover across our Dublin branches as required.
- Review repair documentation and prepare invoices, ensuring all chargeable items have been captured.
- Liaise with branch managers, estimators and insurers where required.
- Carry out general administrative duties to support daily operations.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer service, administration or front-of-house role.
- Motor trade experience is highly desirable, particularly within a bodyshop, dealership, service advisor, parts department, claims handling or vehicle estimating environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify missing or chargeable items when preparing invoices.
- Flexible to work across our Dublin branches when cover is required.
- Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Pay: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
