Established in 2023, Lotus Care provides residential support services to Children & Adults with intellectual disabilities in a homely setting. We currently operate 12 residential centres with a dedicated team of 200 employees and continue to grow.

Working closely with the Senior HRBP, Senior HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition Lead, the HR Admin will support recruitment, compliance and HR administration, with opportunities for learning and development.

Role Responsibilities
Recruitment:
-
Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process and implementation of new Applicant Tracking System.

Manage recruitment inboxes and candidate applications daily.

Screen applications and coordinate interview schedules.

Liaise with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Prepare interview documentation and support interviews as required.

Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure all recruitment activity is accurately recorded.

Support candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Compliance & Onboarding:

Coordinate all pre-employment checks and ensure compliance documentation is received prior to commencement, including Garda Vetting, references and training.

Follow up with candidates to obtain outstanding compliance documentation.

Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and personal files.

Supports internal HR audits and prepare reports as required.
HR Administration:

Assist with preparing employment contracts, contract amendments, statements of employment and other HR correspondence.

Assist with responding to queries in a professional and timely manner.

Support payroll administration by updating payroll trackers with employee changes.

Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team as required
Essential Requirements
-
1-2 years' experience in a HR administration role or similar

Qualification in HR, Business, Administration or equivalent

Attention to detail is essential

Ability to work independently and show initiative

Proficient in Microsoft Office & experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (desirable)

A full Irish driving license is preferable
