We are currently seeking an experienced and Full-Time Deli/Bakery Supervisor to lead our busy deli and bakery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operation of the deli and bakery department.
- Ensure food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
- Manage stock control, ordering, waste reduction, and product availability.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and freshness.
- Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in a deli, bakery, café, convenience store, or food service environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
