The Role
As Store Supervisor, you'll support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store while leading by example on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service
- Drive sales and achieve store KPIs
- Maintain high visual merchandising and store standards
- Assist with stock management and daily store operations
- Create a positive and energetic shopping experience for every customer
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' retail experience, ideally in fashion or accessories
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Passion for fashion and customer service
- Positive, proactive, and hands-on attitude
- Flexibility to work Monday to Sunday. Availability Monday to Friday is essential, with weekend availability required as part of the rota.
