We are looking for an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to lead our busy Parts Department at our state-of-the-art BMW Retail Centre in Drogheda.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the Parts team.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the Parts Department.
- Manage stock, inventory and departmental performance.
- Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Drive efficiency, profitability and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
- Previous automotive Parts Management experience.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- A commercial mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
