Head Chef
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen in a busy, well-established restaurant in North County Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented chef with strong leadership skills, creativity, and a commitment to delivering outstanding food and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
- Create and develop fresh, seasonal menus.
- Ensure consistently high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Manage stock, ordering, food costs, and kitchen budgets.
- Minimise waste and maximise efficiency.
- Work closely with management to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or an experienced Sous Chef ready to progress.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, menu planning, and food cost control.
- A creative approach with a passion for quality ingredients.
- Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
