We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team, working alongside some of the most talented culinary and hospitality professionals in Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and talented chef looking to take on more responsibility in an equally ambitious and creative team.
Job Summary

- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes as specified by the head chef
- Managing and training any commis chef or junior staff working with you
- Assisting the head chef to develop new dishes and menus
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
