We will give full hands on training on a diverse range of skills from the bottom up to fully qualified to the candidate who has the potential to be an expert in managing our transport team and fleet.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure All Vehicles Are Maintained To The Highest Standards
- Managing Driver Safety, Training & Compliance
- Manage And Motivate Our Drivers To Deliver Best In Class Customer Service
- Ensure Compliance With All Statutory Obligations For Fleet Management, Maintenance And Driver Hours.
- Ensure Effective And Proper Use Of Fleet Equipment To Minimise Damage To Company Assets At All Times.
- Advance Planning Of Driver Rosters Within Tachograph Regulations, Holidays, Etc
- Ongoing Driver Safety Training, Management & Compliance
- Vehicle Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
- Managing & Planning Vehicle Compliance
- Recruitment & Training Of New Hires
- Dealing With Customer Issues.
- Dealing With Any Unforeseen Vehicle & Driver Issues
- Maintaining Cost Efficiencies
- Reporting And Logging Records
You will receive full training in all the above from our senior transport manager
Qualifications We will Provide
- Bus Driving Lessons & Test (Class D/D1)
- SPSV Training & Exam (Limousine)
- CPC Transport Manager Course & Exam
- A QQI Level 6 Management Course & Exam
