About the role
This is a dynamic workplace investigator role for which will involve the successful candidate working across a broad range of assignments in our Forensic & Investigation Services team.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the conduct of Workplace, Protected Disclosure and Trust in Care investigations under the guidance and direction of a lead investigator, barrister, employee relations specialist and/or project manager.

Arranging and attending interviews with relevant Parties to investigations.

Preparing summaries of evidence, investigation reports, and related outputs to project managers for review.

Supporting and maintaining the end-to-end management and coordination of a caseload of investigations.

Supporting business development activities including the development of tender documents, marketing campaigns and delivering successful client pitches, where required.

Coaching and supporting more junior members of the team.
- Contributing to the financial and commercial management of the unit including forecasting, raising invoices, debtor management, WIP and budget management.
About the ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Essential skills and experience:-
An appropriate third level qualification in a relevant business, HR and/or equivalent discipline.

Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.

Excellent written skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

A good work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude and approach to work.
Desirable skills and experience:-
1-2 years' experience in a HR role with some emphasis on employee relations and/or employment law.
- A post-graduate certificate or diploma in employment law.

Experience in report writing

Experience in carrying out workplace investigations or protected disclosure investigations

Experience in simultaneously delivering multiple assignments to a diverse client-base.
