Lead daily briefings, task allocation, productivity, and room turnaround.
Liaise closely with Guest Relations, Front Office, and F&B to deliver seamless guest service.
Oversee guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas and laundry operations.
Manage maintenance reporting and follow-up to ensure timely resolution.
Lead, train and develop Room Attendants, Linen Porters, Supervisors and Trainees.
Support performance reviews, appraisals, cross-training and performance management.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, labour planning, workforce management and succession planning.
Manage rosters, attendance and productivity using Alkimii.
Control stock levels for linen, guest supplies, chemicals and equipment.
Ensure compliance with health & safety and chemical safety standards.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, service quality and guest experience.
Analyse daily reports and room status trends to identify issues and implement proactive solutions.
Promote wellbeing initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive team culture.
