Job Summary
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the At Your Service Agent is the central point of contact for our guests, delivering prompt, professional, and personalized service throughout their stay. This role is responsible for handling guest requests, providing information about the estate, coordinating with all hotel departments, and ensuring every interaction reflects the exceptional standards of Mount Juliet Estate.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for guest requests and enquiries via telephone and email.

Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to all guest requests.

Coordinate guest requests efficiently with relevant hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Provide detailed information about the Estate's facilities, dining options, activities, spa, golf, and local attractions.

Maintain accurate records of guest requests and follow up to ensure completion.

Assist with general Front Office duties when required and support the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Ensure all interactions reflect Marriott brand standards and Mount Juliet Estate's commitment to exceptional hospitality.
Minimum Requirements

Previous experience in a Front Office, Guest Services or similar customer-facing role is preferred.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Excellent command of the English language both written and oral is essential.

Ability to cope well under pressure.

Highly motivated, and a team player.

Proficient IT skills including Opera, Marsha or other PMS system experience is an advantage.
