As our commercial business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Architect & Design Sales Manager to develop relationships across the West and South of Ireland and become a trusted partner to Ireland's architectural and design community.
This is a relationship-driven sales role. You'll enjoy building relationships, identifying new opportunities and working alongside architects, interior designers, developers and contractors as they bring exceptional projects to life.
Working closely with our Commercial Team, you'll develop new business, support existing clients and help grow TileStyle's commercial presence across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors and key commercial clients across the West and South of Ireland.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential and commercial projects.
- Present TileStyle's range of tiles, natural stone, wood flooring, bathrooms and façade solutions to design professionals.
- Support clients throughout the specification process by providing samples, technical information and commercial support.
- Manage project opportunities and client activity using HubSpot CRM.
- Represent TileStyle at industry events, exhibitions and networking opportunities.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through to project completion.
- Stay informed about new products, design trends and market developments to ensure clients receive informed, relevant advice.
Experience & Skills:
- A minimum of 4–5 years' experience in a similar sales, specification or business development role.
- Experience working with architects, interior designers, developers or commercial construction professionals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational skills and experience using CRM systems.
- A full clean driving licence.
- Experience within tiles, natural stone, architectural surfaces, flooring or façade systems would be an advantage, although applicants from complementary sectors are welcome.
