We are looking for an experienced Plant Fitter to join our team in Waterford. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of construction plant and heavy equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and repair excavators, dumpers, loaders, telehandlers, and other plant machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
- Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Complete breakdown repairs on-site and in the workshop.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Plant Fitter or Heavy Plant Mechanic.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Ability to diagnose faults and work independently.
- Full driving licence; plant-related qualifications are an advantage.
