About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Client Success & Growth Manager to join our growing team.
This is a varied role that combines client relationship management, project coordination, and business development. Working closely with the business owner, you'll become a trusted point of contact for clients, helping coordinate projects, maintain strong relationships, and identify opportunities to help businesses grow through technology.
A key part of the role is developing a genuine understanding of how our clients operate. Rather than simply discussing websites, you'll take the time to learn about their business processes, day-to-day challenges, and long-term goals. By understanding how each business works, you'll help identify opportunities where digital solutions, workflow improvements, automation, customer portals, CRM systems, or bespoke business administration tools could create real value.
Alongside supporting existing clients, you'll also help develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, industry events, and introductory meetings. This is a relationship-focused role for someone who enjoys engaging with people, asking the right questions, and helping businesses find better ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Proactively engage with clients through regular check-ins and follow-up meetings.
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
- Learn how clients' businesses operate, including their processes, challenges, and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for digital improvements, automation, bespoke business systems, CRM platforms, customer portals, and other technology solutions.
- Coordinate digital projects from initial discussion through to completion.
- Act as the main liaison between clients, designers, developers, and external partners.
- Keep projects organised, ensuring clear communication, timelines, and expectations.
- Represent the business at networking opportunities and relevant industry events.
- Contribute ideas that improve client experience, internal processes, and business growth.
About You
You'll enjoy building relationships, understanding how businesses work, and helping clients solve problems.
You'll ideally have:

Previous experience in account management, customer success, project coordination, business development, recruitment, hospitality management, operations, or another client-facing role would be advantageous.
Experience in digital services or technology is beneficial but not essential—we're more interested in your ability to build relationships, understand businesses, and create opportunities.

- Salary of €40,000–€48,000 depending on experience.
