We’re looking for Floor Staff who will become part of the heart and soul of Sally MacLennane’s, a proud, traditional Irish Pub & Kitchen in the heart of Baggot Street. This is the perfect role for someone who understands the warmth, wit, welcome, and character that make a great Dublin pub unforgettable.
With great comfort food, live music, a buzzing match-day atmosphere from the Aviva and RDS, and a beautifully refurbished Georgian setting, Sally Mac’s is a place where people come to relax, celebrate, and connect. We’re looking for someone who’ll help create that atmosphere every day, making every customer feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door.
Location: Baggot Street , Dublin
Salary: from €14.20 per hour plus tips
Contract: Full-time or part time
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and seating guests with warmth and professionalism
- Providing guidance on menu items, drinks and specials
- Delivering food and drinks accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring tables are clean, well-presented and reset promptly
- Managing guest feedback with care and professionalism
- Collaborating closely with kitchen and bar team for smooth service
