We supply innovative machinery and exceptional customer service across the construction, industrial, forestry and waste management sectors.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in marketing, gaining hands-on experience across digital marketing, events, communications and brand management.
The Role
As Marketing Executive, you will support the planning and delivery of our marketing activities across multiple brands and business areas. You will help promote our products and services through digital channels, printed media, customer events and exhibitions, ensuring our brand presence remains professional, engaging and consistent.
No previous industry experience is required—just enthusiasm, creativity and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Create engaging content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and YouTube.
- Schedule and publish social media posts.
- Monitor engagement and suggest ideas to improve reach and interaction.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer newsletters.
Website Management
- Update company websites with new products, promotions, news articles and case studies.
- Ensure website content remains accurate, current and visually appealing.
- Work with external web developers where required.
Events & Exhibitions
- Assist in planning and organising customer open days and product launch events.
- Coordinate dealership participation at agricultural, construction and trade exhibitions.
- Arrange promotional materials, branded merchandise and event logistics.
- Support equipment displays and customer hospitality during events.
Marketing Communications
- Liaise with industry magazines, local newspapers and trade publications.
- Coordinate advertising schedules and editorial opportunities.
- Help prepare press releases and customer success stories.
Brand Support
- Ensure marketing materials comply with manufacturer brand guidelines.
- Work alongside representatives from SANY, GENIE, MECALAC, ROKBAK and BANDIT on promotional campaigns.
- Assist with the production of brochures, flyers, signage and promotional literature.
General Marketing Administration
- Maintain image libraries and marketing assets.
- Order promotional merchandise and printed materials.
- Track marketing activity and maintain event calendars.
- Provide administrative support for the marketing team as required.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Creative with a keen eye for detail.
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects.
- A confident communicator with excellent written English.
- Enthusiastic, proactive and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Interested in digital marketing, events and communications.
Desired Skills & Experience
- A qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related subject (or currently working towards one).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and current digital trends.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Strong photography and video editing skills would be beneficial.
- A full EU driving licence would be advantageous due to attendance at events and exhibitions.
