Job Title: Influencer Media Associate
Location: Prospect Hill, Galway
Full Job Description: Centus is a performance-focused influencer marketing agency. We’re looking for someone experienced in the creator economy to support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns across a portfolio of client accounts.
You’ll work to ensure campaigns move forward smoothly - managing logistics, timelines, communication, and tracking.
This is a hands-on role in a busy environment. It requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts at once.
What You'll Do:
- Campaign Execution: Coordinate the launch and reporting of influencer campaigns across YouTube and Instagram.
- Media Planning: Create and present tailored Media Plans to clients, based on a solid understanding of what works for them.
- Media Buying: Manage our offers pipeline, ensuring we negotiate the best terms for our clients.
- Creator Communication: Manage day-to-day communication with creators, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and requirements are clearly understood.
- Tracking & Organisation: Maintain campaign trackers, update documentation, and ensure all information is accurate and current.
- Logistics Management: Ensure you actively monitor deadlines and approvals to avoid any last-minute issues.
Requirements
- Experience in influencer marketing, either as part of an agency or a brand team.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Airtable, Slack and Front.
- Strong attention to detail and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
- Professional and confident in written and verbal communication.
- A proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, with references available to prove such.

Salary & Working Hours
- €40,000
- This is a full-time role working from 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday-Friday.
