YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, supervise, and support a team of “On-Shift” Maintenance FSTs.

Plan, coordinate, and resource all scheduled and ad-hoc shift activities.

Provide first-line technical support to the team.
-
Participate in installation and maintenance activities as required.
-
Ensure all work is logged accurately and promptly in Ebara/customer systems.
-
Act as the single point of contact for reporting shift activities to Engineering and the incoming shift.
-
Attend and contribute to start-of-shift and end-of-shift pass-downs.
-
Ensure compliance with Ebara and customer site EHS requirements.
-
Draft Pre-Task Plans for undocumented tasks (where applicable).
-
Order and prepare parts for scheduled maintenance.
-
Escalate issues as required following defined processes.

Identify and report equipment trends, technical issues, and spare parts needs.

Draft “After Action Reviews” following safety or quality events.
YOUR PROFILE
-
3rd level qualification in a relevant technical discipline.
-
Minimum 4 years’ maintenance experience.
-
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
-
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-
Excellent communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
-
High attention to detail and proactive mindset.
-
PC literate with working knowledge of Ebara and customer systems/applications.
-
Previous team lead or supervisory experience is an advantage
-
Solid understanding of technical documentation, procedures, and maintenance planning tools.
