We’re hiring a Floor Manager to run daily production and packing operations at our biltong facility. You’ll oversee the full process — while managing a small team and ensuring HACCP/food safety compliance throughout.
Candidates should have prior experience handling raw meat in a food production setting. While part of the role involves desk-based tasks, the successful candidate will spend time daily on the floor in a chilled, physically active environment. They will often work alone in the production room, so they need to be comfortable managing the entire process independently and without supervision, as well as taking the lead when the team is on shift.
Pay: From €35,000.00 per year
