The ideal candidate should have 3 years' experience as a Bartender in a busy bar setting. This is a full time position, working a 4-day week. (minimum 3 years is needed, and this is essential).
At Porters, we are serving up tasty grub, creamy pints & creative cocktails on lively Camden Street.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area
- Provide patrons with excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety guidelines
- Handle cash transactions, including accurate and efficient cash handling
- Abide by responsible alcohol service practices.
Qualifications:
- 3 years bartending experience in a busy establishment in Dublin
- Knowledge of various drink recipes, mixing techniques, and garnishes
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for mixology and a creative approach to crafting drinks
- Ability to multitask and prioritise customer needs
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and legal drinking age regulations
