Bitterly disappointing experience. Really thought that it would be a long-term job and I was very hopeful of building a great career there, but there was no training provided for the role (which was essentially entry level), and I was expected to start making cold-calls in my second week after completing onboarding. It was horrible and I ended up leaving because I didn't see any path to it becoming better with the lack of guidance or training. 

DocuSign is a good company to work for.
+++Good benefits in Irelands (healthcare, dental, stipen, remote package when you start).
-Training is poor, and you need to be interested to learn and understand what you need. 
+/-Management is okay. 
--progression looks slow/inexistent.
++ colleagues are great, and so is the company culture, even when working remote.
-- an overall lack of structure in the organization, and documentations

New C-Level and other new hired changed company culture and feeling of best place to work. Overall I love DS and it was for me. Great place to work during my time. I wish DS all the best

An amazing, friendly culture built into the Dublin office. Fantastic managers who are willing to assist their employees with in any way possible to hit their monthly targets or with anything else they might need.

I assume some reviews on Indeed are fake as this company does absolutely everything for their staff and I am so so happy and proud to work here.

The product, progression and perks are absolutely incredible. What a company

The team is fantastic, but the perks downgrade and the new hr policy is strongly damaging the quality of work.
The board does not seem to know what strategy to adopt and despite the good will of the coworkers, it is no longer in the top 10 places for work.

The benefits are ok, at least for the technical department. It's not super challenging technically speaking but nice people, nice place, not bad at all.

It’s ok to work there but the company changed a lot. You will get less benefits. There are not so many opportunities to grow anymore. There are better companies in Dublin
